Why didn't I receive a verification code?
In order to protect the security of your account, we will need verification code in many places, such as registration, changing password, forgetting password, cancelling subscription and so on.
If you do not receive the verification code, there are some possible reasons:
- Incorrect e-mail address
- The email has entered the spam mailbox. It is recommended that you can remove BlipCut related emails from spam to avoid similar problems in the future.
- Unstable network connection
- If you are sure that there is no above mentioned problem, please contact us for assistance.
