Where can I check my credits usage?
You can view the credits cost for the currently processed task. Before starting the translation, we will show you the credits consumed for each task.
Well, we don't support viewing the credits consumption of historical tasks for the time being. But please feel free to rest assured that credit deduction has been repeatedly tested.
Why does it still show 0 credit after upgrading?
- First of all, make sure that you've logged in after successful payment.
- Please refresh the page, or log in again, and the credits will be updated.
- If the problem still exists, please check whether the email address you logged in is the same as the one you filled in when you made the payment.
If it has been confirmed that none of the above is the reason, please contact us to assist you in solving the problem.
Do credits accumulate or carry over to the next month if not used?
With the exception of the Pay As You Go plan, the credits for the rest of the plans do expire with the expiration of the membership. Therefore, it is recommended to keep an eye on your remaining credits and use them as soon as possible within the validity period.
If you are a renewing subscriber and your credits have expired without being used, you can contact us and we will help you to restore your credits.
In addition, the credit accumulation and carry-over functions have been planned to be available in subsequent versions, so please stay tuned with us.
