Why can't I find my ready videos in My Project?

The reason you can't find your ready videos in "My Project" is that our project storage has a time limit. Videos will expire 30 days after they are created, so we recommend users to edit or download their videos promptly to avoid losing access to them.

How do I get back unsaved videos?

BlipCut does not store user data for security reasons. If a video is deleted or has expired, it cannot be recovered. We recommend saving your video promptly after editing to avoid data loss.

Is there a size limit for BlipCut's cloud storage?

BlipCut does not impose limits on the number or size of files in its cloud storage. However, files will only be stored for 30 days. After this period, tasks that have not been saved will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved. Therefore, it's important to save your final files after translation or any other tasks are completed.
