Why the coupon code didn't work?

Here are some possible reasons:

The coupon code was entered incorrectly. There may be spelling errors when entering, such as spaces, case errors, etc.
Coupon code has expired. If it's a coupon code for an event that has ended, then this coupon code is expired and unavailable; if it's a coupon code for an ongoing event, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Sometimes coupon codes only apply to specific plans. For example, a coupon code for monthly or yearly plans can not be used for a weekly plan.
The maximum number of uses has been reached. Sometimes it is possible to limit the number of times a discount code can be used by one user.
The coupon code may not be available at the same time if an order is already covered by another offer.
Browser cache may cause the coupon code not to be applied correctly, try clearing your cache or switching to a different browser.
