Why did the task creation fail?

There are several reasons that cause failure to create a project:

  • The file format you uploaded is not supported.
  • The source language was not detected, or the source language of the video is not supported. You can learn BlipCut supported languages here.
  • The linked site does not support parsing. You can learn BlipCut supported websites here.
  • It is possible that a video resolution that is too high may fail to create a task or slow down processing.
  • There are multiple languages in the video you uploaded.
  • There is no audio track in your video.
  • Unstable network connection.

Video requirements for uploading

  • Avoid multiple people speaking at the same time, as this affects the accuracy of audio recognition.
  • Try to avoid background music and noise, as they might reduce the output audio quality.
  • To upload Google Drive link, please set 'Anyone with the link' under 'General access', then copy the shareable link.
  • Supported formats: MP4, MOV, MKV, MP3, MPEG, .M4V, WAV, AVI, 3G2, 3GP, 3GP2, 3GPP, OGV, DVR-MS, MPG, OGM, WEBM.
