Why were my credits deducted even though the process failed?
Our system will automatically refund the credits to your account if your task was failed. Here are some possible reasons why you might feel like deducting credits for a failed task:
Possible reasons:
- No final results have been returned yet: the processing will be slowed down due to large videos, poor networks, etc.
- It has been handled successfully, but with poor results, such as no transcription, wrong language, etc. In this case, you can contact customer service:
- we return the credits to your account and you to process again;
- you can attach your video and explain what you need, and we help you process it and return the processed video directly.
- Processing failed but you created a new task, so credits were deducted for the new task.
